BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to join our team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll support store leadership, train new team members, and help drive sales while keeping the merch area organized and welcoming for fans.

You’ll lead by example on the selling floor, assist with opening/closing, and communicate fashion and pop culture trends to management. This role is ideal for fans who love collaboration and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail is required.
• At least 18 years old and able to work schedules.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and train new recruits.
• Support store leadership and help run the store when needed.
• Assist with opening/closing and drive key sales KPIs.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with merchandising.
