Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will train new recruits, help manage daily operations, and contribute to meeting sales targets using your fandom knowledge.

You will lead with product knowledge, support opening/closing, and drive KPI performance while maintaining visual standards and a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old to join.
• A high school Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong collaboration and leadership qualities.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience with product knowledge and customer service.
• Step in and provide leadership support when the Store Manager is away.
• Understand store sales plan and KPIs and help drive sales.
• Cover the sales floor and assist with opening and closing the store.
• Process sales at the register and drive add-on sales, report shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Help prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry around shop security.
• Keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed.
• Perform any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader.
