Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder who loves pop culture to support the store leadership team, train new associates, and help meet sales targets. You will provide an amazing shopping experience, manage daily operations, and help the Manager run the store when needed.

You’ll use product knowledge to drive add-on sales, cover the floor, participate in opening/closing, and ensure visual standards while keeping stock organized.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Step in to support store leadership and run the store when the Manager is unavailable.
• Help drive sales by meeting KPIs and core metrics.
• Maintain visual standards in assigned areas and assist with opening/closing.
• Handle transactions at the register and promote add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Ensure stockroom organization and store tidiness.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed.
• Support any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader.
