BoxLunch & Hot Topic is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder in Woodburn, OR. You will support the store leadership team, train new staff, and help achieve sales targets while ensuring fans get the merch they love.

You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, assist with opening/closing, and maintain visual standards. Your experience in retail, strong customer service, and ability to collaborate with the team will be key as you drive KPI performance and stock organization.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to collaborate and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
• Step in and provide leadership support when needed.
• Understand sales plans and help hit KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Cover the floor, assist opening/closing, and maintain visuals.
• Operate the register and drive add-on sales while noting shortages.
• Assist with planogram updates and merchandising changes.
• Share fashion and music trend insights with management and HQ.
• Help prevent theft and maintain store security.
• Keep stock room organized and store tidy.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates.
• Handle any other duties assigned by the Store Leader.
