Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to join our store team. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, train new associates, and help ensure a top-notch customer experience while driving sales.

Leverage your fandom knowledge and product expertise to assist customers, manage planograms, and maintain visual standards. This role requires strong communication and leadership to keep the team aligned with store goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and train new recruits
• Support store leadership and assist in daily operations
• Help drive sales and meet KPIs such as UPT and ADT
• Assist with opening/closing, stock organization and merchandising
• Process transactions and communicate shortages or overages to management
• Support planogram changes and store layout updates
• Share fashion/music trend information with management and HQ
• Maintain stockroom organization and store cleanliness
• Coach new Sales Associates as needed
• Fulfill other tasks assigned by Store Leader
