Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking an experienced store leader in Colorado to oversee daily store operations, supervise associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and staff development in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer experiences with personal contact
• Train crew on BEST customer service and fast, friendly checkout
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality service
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor replenished
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management
• Open or close store as needed, secure cash and alarms for smooth operations
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance
