Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Sets up and maintains displays, ensures accurate signage and promotions per guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, door security, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with product placement and updated signage following corporate guidelines.
