Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas in the store.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays and promotional materials.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, record keeping (payroll, scheduling, receipts) and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines, and training provided by the Store Manager.
• Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
