The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate in Dallas to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform sales and merchandising duties, greet Guests, assist with product selection, and support store operations while maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include handling transactions, providing product knowledge, supporting displays, and participating in loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and store policies.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and ensure security measures.
