Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Seasonal Store Support Teammate (Part-Time) to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. This role handles sales support tasks assigned by the Store Manager and greets guests.

Responsibilities include operating POS, maintaining knowledge of promotions, assisting with merchandising, ensuring cleanliness, and adhering to Buckle's policies. On-site at Buckle stores with a flexible schedule, including holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS system and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies on payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as displays, fixtures, shelving, price markdowns, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to uphold Buckle's mission.
• Follow Buckle's Code of Ethics and all policies and handbooks.
• Deliver high level Guest service and contribute to a positive team spirit.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
