Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate for an on-site part-time role in the United States. You will greet guests, assist with merchandising, and process transactions at the POS while maintaining store cleanliness and guest service standards.

Experience isn’t required; training will cover product knowledge, promotions, and procedures. You’ll work a flexible schedule including peak shopping days and weekends to support store operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Process Guest transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and theft prevention.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays, price markdowns, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Support the mission by delivering high levels of Guest service and teamwork.
