Leap platform powers insight-driven retail stores for modern brands and operates stores nationwide. Seasonal Sales Associates in Austin support peak-season traffic, delivering exceptional service, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations to customers.

You will assist with store operations and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals, while maintaining a welcoming, organized environment and staying flexible for changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
