Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for the Rochester, MN location to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store. You will help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, assisting with BOPIS/SFS, stocking, and ensuring a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Candidates should be comfortable standing and moving about the store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
