Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products, provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking and planograms (POGs).
• Maintain merchandise recovery and in-stock conditions; store recovery.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; maintain safe, compliant store.
