Job summary

The Michaels Companies Fort Myers Forum store is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Service Team Member to assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain a well-stocked, attractive store. You’ll help unload trucks, stock shelves, and support framing activities while delivering friendly service throughout shifts.

Candidates should be able to stand long hours, lift heavy boxes, and work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes as needed.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms to keep shelves in stock.
• Support framing selling and production activities as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure safety and compliance.
