Job summary

Michaels Stores is hiring for a store team member at our Sebring, FL location. You will help customers find products, assist with checkout, and support store operations from stocking to recovery. The role emphasizes friendly service and adherence to store policies.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, with involvement in rewards programs and omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS highlighted in the job scope.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store in-stock and well-merchandised; complete returns and go-backs as needed
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies
