Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Assist customers by locating products and offering solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in loyalty programs and surveys as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to stay in-stock and well-merchandised.
