Michaels Stores in Colorado Springs is hiring a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining attractive, in-stock aisles across the store.

You’ll also participate in omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS, follow SOPs for safety, and support pricing, merchandising, and recovery efforts. Applicants aged 16+ are welcome.

Competenze

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.
• Commitment to SOPs and store safety guidelines.

Mansioni

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stock and recover merchandise; follow planograms and SISO/AD duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs; uphold store policies.
