Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Assist with locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Cross-train in framing selling and production as needed.
