Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a store team member in Charlotte, NC to deliver friendly service, assist customers, and maintain a welcoming, well-stocked store environment. You will contribute to fast checkouts, accurate cash handling, and timely merchandise recovery to support our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, enrolling shoppers in the Rewards program, and supporting BOPIS/SFS processes while following SOPs and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Preferred Retail/customer service experience.
• Applicants must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Team members must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
