Job summary

Michaels is seeking a customer-focused team member at our Avon, CT store. You will help customers locate products, answer questions, and ensure a smooth, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and assist with omni-channel processes.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store operations.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Support store recovery, stock in-store, and shrink/safety programs.
