Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary operations.
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience desirable.
• Experience with high-volume kitchens and catering preferred.
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Assist with planning and creating menus for the facility.
• Produce and execute catering events and support new culinary programs.
• Supervise hourly associates and collaborate with marketing and culinary teams.
