Qualifications

  • Must have general knowledge of basic customer service skills and be fluent in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival with ski equipment.
  • Assist guests in unloading their ski equipment from vehicles and safely storing it.
  • Tag and track each guest’s ski equipment, ensuring no damage during transport or storage.
  • Help guests retrieve their ski equipment when requested, offering courteous service and timely responses.
  • Provide directions to ski lifts, lockers, and other hotel amenities related to winter sports.
  • Keep ski equipment storage areas organized, clean, and hazard-free.
  • Offer information and recommendations on local skiing conditions, mountain trails, and activities.
  • Answer guest questions about ski rentals, lessons, and winter activities.
  • Ensure all guest ski equipment is handled with care and returned promptly.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment in public areas of the hotel.
  • Demonstrate confidence, energy, and enthusiasm with guests.
  • Pursue training in ski valet service and guest satisfaction.
  • Take initiative to offer improvement ideas and recognize good performance.
  • Utilize empowerment to exceed guest expectations and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with team members for a seamless guest experience.

Job Overview

Help guests make the most of their mountain day! As part of our Ski Valet team, you’ll provide warm, seamless service by retrieving, storing, and transporting ski equipment with care and efficiency. From the first run to après, you’ll anticipate guest needs, share your mountain expertise, and help create an effortless, elevated Alpenrock experience.

Responsibilities
