Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, MT seeks a Lift Operations Assistant to ensure smooth, safe, and courteous lift operations. You will load guests into chairs, communicate clearly with guests and staff, perform daily lift checks, and help manage lift line flow while keeping ramps and maze areas maintained.

The role requires outdoor endurance in winter weather, attention to procedures, ability to work 8+ hours, and a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to respond calmly in outdoor, winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load guests into chairs in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Maintain lift areas, equipment, and run closures as directed.
• Perform daily lift checks and accident/incidence logs.
• Interact with guests to ensure safety and a positive experience.
• Follow Lift Operations policies and procedures and assist with additional duties.
