Job summary

Goldener Hirsch in Park City, Utah is seeking a Server Assistant to support our dining team with attentive service and teamwork. You will help set up and clear tables, assist servers, and ensure guests have a smooth, welcoming experience.

You will collaborate closely with servers, coordinate tasks, maintain sanitation, and help deliver beverages, refills and guest requests promptly, all while upholding the property's luxury service standards and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Back Server preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
• Ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist servers in delivering beverages to tables, refilling drinks as needed, and ensuring guests have a positive and uninterrupted dining experience.
• Assist guests as needed, including answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.
