Naked Farmer in Florida is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Team Members to join our scratch-based kitchen. You will be the ambassador of our locally sourced ethos, serving and discussing seasonal menus with passion, ensuring meals are delicious and served with consistency, precision, and urgency.

You'll mentor teammates, engage guests with genuine hospitality, and take on a variety of tasks to improve restaurant operations.

• Deliver exceptional hospitality that makes each guest feel valued, ensuring meticulous attention to dining spaces, to-go orders, and the coordination of deliveries.
• Engage with diners proactively, anticipating their needs and making their visit memorable.
