Naked Farmer Careers in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Restaurant Team Member for Las Olas, joining our scratch-based kitchen and locally sourced ethos. You will welcome guests, describe seasonal menus, and ensure meals are delivered with hospitality, consistency, and speed.

You will learn about regional produce, mentor teammates, manage to-go orders and deliveries, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to a sustainable food system. Daily complimentary Naked Farmer meals for staff.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the narrative of our current menu, highlighting seasonality and origin, while delivering meals that delight guests.
• Expand culinary horizons by learning about regional produce and preparation methods from our team of chefs.
• Deliver hospitality that makes each guest feel valued, ensuring dining spaces, to-go orders, and deliveries are coordinated.
• Engage with diners proactively, anticipating needs and making visits memorable.
• Serve as a storyteller for seasonal selections, local farms, and partner farmers.
• Manage a variety of tasks and stay active in the kitchen; lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Uphold rigorous food safety standards of health department and Naked Farmer.
• End each day with a sense of accomplishment, contributing to a sustainable food system.
