Responsibilities

• Articulate the narrative of our current menu, highlighting seasonality and origin of ingredients, while delivering meals that delight our guests.
• Expand culinary horizons by learning about regional produce and preparation methods from our team of chefs.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensure dining spaces and to-go orders are well managed, and coordinate deliveries.
• Engage with diners proactively, anticipate needs and make visits memorable.
• Serve as a storyteller for seasonal selections and local farms.
• Manage multiple tasks and stay active in the kitchen; lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally with accommodations.
• Uphold rigorous food safety standards of health departments and Naked Farmer.
• End each day with a sense of accomplishment contributing to a sustainable food system.
