Responsibilities

• Articulate the narrative of our current menu, highlighting seasonality and origin of ingredients, and deliver meals that delight guests.
• Expand culinary horizons by learning about regional produce and preparation methods from our team of chefs.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality that makes each guest feel valued, with meticulous attention to dining spaces, to-go orders, and deliveries.
• Engage with diners proactively, anticipate needs, and make visits memorable.
• Serve as a passionate storyteller for our seasonal selections and local farms we partner with.
• Manage a variety of tasks and stay active in the kitchen; lift up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally (with accommodations).
• Uphold rigorous food safety standards of health department and Naked Farmer.
