Job summary

Music & Arts is the nation’s leading partner in K–12 music education and seeks seasonal staff to support rental events across our area. You’ll help with event setup, prep, and checklists, and welcome families starting their rental journey using simple mobile/tablet tools.

During events you’ll answer questions, help families select instruments, complete rentals, and assist with order fulfillment. You’ll travel between prep locations and school events, joining a team that values clear

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Valid state driver’s license and automotive insurance.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings.
• Read/write/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Help set up and break down rental events at schools (tables, signage, and event flow).
• Load, unload, and move instruments and supplies; lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Prep inventory and paperwork before events (tagging, checklists, basic documentation).
• Greet parents and students, answer questions, and help families get started with the rental process.
• Use mobile/tablet tools to reserve inventory, complete rentals, and support order fulfillment during events.
• Travel to/from prep locations and school events within the marketplace.
