Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a seasonal Event Support role in Dallas, Texas to assist in K–12 music education instrument rental events. You'll work closely with Education Account Managers, set up and break down events, greet families, and help them with the rental process using mobile tools.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, proficiency in MS Office, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Help set up and break down rental events at schools.
• Greet parents and students, answer questions, and assist with rentals.
• Use mobile/tablet tools for inventory and order fulfillment.
