Music & Arts is the nation’s leading partner in K–12 music education. This seasonal role involves helping bring school instrument rental events to life across the area, working with Education Account Managers to assist with event setup, prep, and checklists, and welcoming families as they start the rental process.

You’ll greet parents and students, answer questions, help them choose what they need, and complete rentals quickly using simple mobile/tablet tools.

Qualificações

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Valid state driver’s license and automotive insurance.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.

Responsabilidades

• Help set up and break down rental events at schools (tables, signage, and event flow).
• Load, unload, and move instruments and supplies; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Prep inventory and paperwork before events (tagging, checklists, basic documentation).
• Greet parents and students, answer questions, and help families get started with the rental process.
• Use mobile/tablet tools to reserve inventory, complete rentals, and support order fulfillment during events.
• Travel to/from assigned prep location(s) and school event location(s) within the assigned marketplace.
