Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a seasonal Events Assistant to support school instrument rental events across your area. You’ll help with event setup, prep, and checklists—and when families arrive, you’ll be there to welcome parents and students beginning the rental journey using mobile/tablet tools.

Work with Education Account Managers to greet families, answer questions, and help them select instruments. You’ll process rentals efficiently, travel to events, and contribute to a smooth, friendly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Help set up and break down rental events at schools (tables, signage, and event flow).
• Load, unload, and move instruments and supplies; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Prep inventory and paperwork before events (tagging, checklists, basic documentation).
• Greet parents and students, answer questions, and help families get started with the rental process.
• Use mobile/tablet tools to reserve inventory, complete rentals, and support order fulfillment during events.
• Travel to/from assigned prep location(s) and school event location(s) within the assigned marketplace.
