Job summary

Brobston Group LLC represents Tiffany & Co. to staff the holiday-season sales floor in The Woodlands, TX. You will provide warm, attentive service, assist clients, and help with POS and after-sales tasks during peak periods.

Experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles is preferred, along with the ability to work non-traditional hours. You will help maintain hospitality areas and support the sales team with various tasks to ensure memorable client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients to ensure a memorable, brand-consistent experience.
• Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions.
• Assist with engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists where applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas stocked, orderly, and clean; communicate service issues to management.
• Support operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory, and special projects as needed.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
