Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking Seasonal Sales Support team members to represent the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, delivering warm, personalized service and memorable client experiences on the sales floor.

This role supports sales and operations, requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work non traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail or customer service experience such as hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication and Client service skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with a diverse Client base in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming and assisting Clients to create memorable experiences.
• Enhance the Client experience through hospitality and store amenities to support sales and service.
• Assist with engraving stations and lead floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas stocked, orderly and clean; communicate service issues to management.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchases.
• Assist operations with policies, after sales servicing, inventory tasks and special projects as needed.
