Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks a Seasonal Sales Support to represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season in Jacksonville, FL. You will provide warm, personalized service, assist with POS transactions, gift wrapping, engraving support, and maintain hospitality and inventory areas.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality or client-related roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and engage with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients to ensure a memorable Tiffany experience and provide high-quality client service.
• Perform POS functions and assist the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing gifting and POS supplies.
• Assist with engraving station and manage the floor waiting list when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, keep POS stations and sales floor neat and orderly, and communicate potential service issues to management.
• Support operations with inventory, after-sales servicing, and special projects as needed.
