Job summary

Tiffany is seeking Seasonal Sales Support team members to represent the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and memorable in-store experiences. This seasonal role supports the sales floor through hospitality, client assistance, and operational tasks to help drive sales and service.

Flexibility for non-traditional hours, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, acting as a positive brand ambassador on the sales floor.
• Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities.
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting lists where applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, POS stations, and sales floor organization; assist with boxing, wrapping, and POS functions.
• Communicate service issues to management and support after-sales servicing and operational procedures.
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed.
