Tiffany & Co. is hiring Seasonal Team Members to help create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. You will support sales, hospitality, and store operations while upholding the brand’s service standards.

Expect in-store engagement with clients, wrapping and presentation tasks, and a fast-paced, luxury retail environment requiring flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Previous retail or luxury retail experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist clients, provide hospitality, and personalize in-store experiences.
• Support engraving station and manage the floor waiting list when applicable.
• Keep hospitality areas, POS stations, and sales floor organized and stocked.
• Assist with boxing and wrapping purchases, POS tasks, store operations, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with a diverse client base, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
