Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking Seasonal Sales Support Team Members to be the face of the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season in Fort Worth, TX. This in-store role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, assisting with POS, and supporting store operations.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, assisting the sales team with POS, engraving duties, and maintaining hospitality areas.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Support the sales team with POS functions, boxing, wrapping, and replenishing gifting supplies.
• Manage engraving station duties and lead floor waiting lists when applicable.
