Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking Seasonal Sales Support to deliver exceptional client service on the sales floor during the holiday season.

The role supports both sales and operations by assisting with POS transactions, gifting, presentation, and helping maintain a hospitable, organized store environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist Clients to create a memorable luxury retail experience.
• Support sales associates with boxing, wrapping and POS functions after purchases are finalized.
• Assist with engraving stations and manage floor waiting lists where applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, ensure amenities and gifting supplies are stocked and orderly.
• Communicate service issues to management and assist with after-sales servicing and operational procedures.
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed to keep store operations running smoothly.

This is a temporary, in-store position requiring flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing retail environment with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
