Job summary

You will assist in multiple departments, process point-of-sale transactions, and help with BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences, while maintaining a friendly, customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-centric role with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate.
• Work in different areas of the store based on business needs and process point-of-sale transactions.
• Connect clients with management to resolve escalated issues and follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting room experiences, and other client services.
