Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the in-store customer experience during the busy holiday period. Greet customers, guide them to the right associates, and support sales and store services across departments.

You will handle POS transactions, assist with requests, and escalate issues to management when needed. The role supports services like alterations, personalization, and BOPIS or curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, and connect them with associates based on their needs.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
• Handle escalated customer issues by connecting clients with management.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with store teams.
• Introduce clients to available services, including alterations and personalization.
