Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Full‑time associates are expected to have open availability, and part‑time flex roles require weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide sincere, friendly, energetic customer service and exemplify world‑class service standards.
• Achieve sales and contest goals; maintain knowledge of current promotions.
• Assist customers with gift wrap, gift registry, catalog orders, special orders, back orders, and deliveries.
• Utilize effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity.
• Demonstrate product knowledge including features and benefits.
• Process register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) accurately.
