Job summary

Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our store. You will support customer service, assist with sales, cashier tasks, and storefront upkeep following Kirkland’s Home guidelines.

You’ll engage with customers, promote loyalty programs and promotions, and help maintain pricing and merchandising while upholding our brand values. This is a fast-paced role requiring flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, handbook and manuals.
• Flexible schedule to meet the business needs of the store.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to ascend/descend a ladder to stock products on the shelf or to hang overhead banners/product.
• Must be able to stand and move around the store for prolonged periods to greet and assist customers.
• Must be able to frequently move merchandise up to 50 pounds to stock the floor/stock room.
• Must be able to operate a POS system, registers and handheld devices.

• Assists in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintains an organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Maintains merchandise presentation and pricing; monitors inventory levels.

• May perform other duties as necessary.
