Kirkland’s, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and support daily operations with merchandising and customer service guidance from management. You will help drive sales by selling, cashiering, restocking, and maintaining floorsets and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, promotion education, and teamwork to meet store goals while adhering to Kirkland’s Home values and brand standards.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store and online.
• Actively engage with customers, demonstrating selling behaviors.

• Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Assist in receiving merchandise and stocking the sales floor and stockroom.
