Kirkland’s Home is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience using our customer service model. You will assist with operations and merchandising under management direction, flexing into selling, cashiering, replenishing, and floorset setup.

You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, maintain presentation and inventory accuracy, and support a positive team environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Supports customer service across in-store and online shopping.
• Engages customers with strong selling behaviors.
• Greets customers with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise.
• Maintains floorsets, pricing and inventory accuracy.
