Kirkland’s Home is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience across in-store and online channels. You will assist with operations, merchandising, cash handling, and floorset setup under store direction.

You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs and current promotions, and help maintain inventory accuracy and presentation while supporting the brand’s values in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Able to operate a Point of Sale system.
• Able to stand and move around the store for long periods.
