Kirkland’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and support daily store operations. You will engage customers, drive sales, assist with cashiering, and help maintain merchandise presentation and inventory accuracy.

The role requires a friendly, energetic professional who can work weekends and evenings, lift merchandise, and operate POS systems while upholding Kirkland’s Home Values.

Responsibilities

• Supports and values Customer Service in both the in store and online shopping experience.
• Actively engages with all customers modeling exceptional selling behaviors.
• Greets every customer with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds appropriately.
• Educates each customer on loyalty programs, current promotions and merchandise to support building the basket.
• Supports the company’s branding by treating customers and co-workers with respect and professionalism.
• Achieves or exceeds goals associated with company initiatives and programs.
• Assists receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintains an efficient and organized salesfloor and stockroom.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, pricing and inventory accuracy.
