Deckers Brands’ UGG division is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will greet customers, offer product knowledge, and collaborate with the team to meet store goals.

You will handle cash transactions, maintain merchandizing standards, manage inventory, and keep a clean back-stock and break area while upholding safety and dress code policies. Prior retail experience helps you excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to in-store customers and those who call on the phone.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available for customers.
• Merchandise product in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
