Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG division is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to create personalized shopping experiences, greet customers, and promote our brand values. You’ll deliver product knowledge, answer questions, and guide customers through the return policy while maintaining a welcoming, well-organized store environment.

You will operate the cash register, handle transactions, stock merchandise, and support the team with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to convey Deckers Brands' vision to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to customers.
• Operate cash register, handle money accurately, and process transactions.
• Manage inventory, stock shelves, and merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean back-stock and break areas; ensure store is well-presented.
• Assist store team and report to Store Manager with punctuality and reliability.
